Small, hardy heritage sheep suited for small acreage and pasture-based systems. Calm temperament. Efficient grazers. Adapted to Ontario conditions.Our foundational flock consists of triple-registered Babydoll sheep through:BSSBA, NABSSR, OEBSSRSelect breeding animals may be eligible for registration. Do Babydoll sheep require grain?
Babydolls can thrive primarily on pasture. Grain is not required for maintenance in most cases, though supplemental feed may be used depending on condition and season.
How much pasture do they need?
Babydolls are efficient grazers and well suited for small acreage. Stocking rates depend on pasture quality
Do I need more than one sheep?
Yes. Sheep are flock animals and should not be kept alone. A minimum of two is recommended.
Do you offer delivery?
No. All sheep are pickup only in Norfolk County, Ontario.
When will lambs be ready?
Lambs are typically ready to leave at approximately 10-12 weeks of age.
